Sushi Rice Sheeter TSM-R1-S

The TSM-R1-S sushi rice sheeter is built for sushi restaurants, food manufacturers and catering operations producing rice sheets at volume. It outputs 600 to 800 sheets per hour from a 7.5kg hopper, with length adjustable from 60 to 420mm and thickness from 1 to 10mm in 0.5mm increments, giving kitchens precise control over sheet size to suit different menu formats.

A density control system ranging from -8 to +8 accommodates different rice types and textures, while a built-in rice warmer holds temperature at 60°C to keep rice at the right consistency throughout a service run. The smart sensor feeding system uses a low-level rice sensor and sheet detection sensor to maintain stable, timed output without manual monitoring.

The touchscreen interface supports 6 programmable memory presets and multi-language operation, making it practical for mixed-language kitchen teams. An automatic safety stop cuts power immediately if the safety cover is removed. With an optional extended long table, the machine can produce double rice sheets in a single pass for higher output runs.
