7 Day Return Policy
Eligibility

All products are covered by a 7-day refund warranty, starting from the date the product is received.

Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
Process

Initiate a return: Email admin@icke.com.au with your order number, item(s), and reason (photos if damaged/faulty).

Approval & instructions: We’ll confirm your request and send return instructions.

Return shipping: For approved returns we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Restocking fee

For change-of-mind returns, a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

No restocking fee applies where the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed under the ACL.
Damages & issues
Please inspect upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24–48 hours) if damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered if the replacement item is in stock, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (your bank/card may take extra time to post).

Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty under the ACL.
