600mm 3 Deck Steam Cabinet with ultra-efficient heat exchange system. Features flame failure, auto tank refill, pressure release valve and rotary door. Luus three deck steamers use a specifically designed ultra-efficient heat exchange system to maximise both output and efficiency. The SCM-60 includes a 'flame thrower' burner design for clean combustion and automatic water refill for ease of use.
