Featuring a double-hole configuration with integrated double pots, this unit is ideal for Chinese restaurants, noodle shops, and high-volume food service operations that require simultaneous wok cooking and boiling. The Fo San design provides powerful heat output, excellent flame control, and fast recovery during peak service periods.

Double hole wok with two fan forced stainless steel 145mj Air Blast Burners and two centre pots. Front gutter design, fire-brick lined combustion chamber, rear flue system, cast-iron ring, internal front heat shield panel and quarter turn tap.
