The Luus WZ-1SP Single Hole Compact Waterless Stockpot is a high-performance commercial stockpot stove designed for restaurants requiring strong heat output in a compact footprint. Built specifically for Asian kitchens, this waterless stockpot delivers consistent, powerful heat without the need for a cooling water system — making it highly efficient, cost-saving, and perfect for modern commercial operations.

With its durable 304 stainless-steel construction and heavy-duty burner system, the WZ-1SP is ideal for boiling soups, stocks, sauces, bone broth and large-volume cooking in busy restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens.

Single hole stockpot with Duckbill burner as standard. Compact 800mm depth, air cooling, pressed ring, front gutter and rear laundry arm with front panel controls.
