The Luus WZ-2C Two Hole Compact Waterless Wok is a high-performance double-hole wok range designed for fast, powerful and efficient Asian cooking. Featuring a waterless cooling system, this wok unit delivers intense heat output without requiring constant running water — significantly lowering utility costs and simplifying installation.

Built for high-volume commercial kitchens, the WZ-2C provides two full-size wok stations in a compact footprint, making it perfect for restaurants with limited space but high demand for speed and heat.

Two hole woks with Chimney burners as standard. Compact 800mm depth, air cooling, pressed ring, front gutter and quarter turn tap folding laundry arm operation.
