Inspired by the fast-paced kitchens of Hong Kong, 'Fo San' is cantonese for volcano, representing the raw heat and power generated by the unique burner set-up. The WV-1A1P1A double hole wok comes with two fan forced stainless steel 145MJ air-blast burners and centre pot, electronic ignition, external pilot, rear flue system and pre-cast fire-brick combustion chamber.
