Built with a fully welded stainless steel body, the PEB6S‑X ensures long-term durability and easy cleaning. Large, heat-resistant control knobs offer precise six-position heat control, while front-mounted ON indicator lights enhance safety and usability. Adjustable legs and front service access make for flexible installation and easy maintenance. Whether benchtop, on a stand with undershelf, or mounted on a cupboard base, the PEB6S‑X delivers consistent performance and lasting value in any commercial kitchen.​
