The Luus WZ-1C2B Compact Waterless Wok is a high-performance, twin-burner commercial wok range designed for fast, powerful and efficient Asian cooking. Featuring a waterless cooling system, this wok delivers intense heat without requiring constant running water, helping restaurants significantly reduce utility costs and installation complexity.

This compact double-burner wok is ideal for commercial kitchens needing maximum heat output in limited space — perfect for stir-frying, noodle dishes, wok tossing and high-temperature Asian cooking.
