Designed in Japan, every ice machine is engineered with precision to deliver premium ice to enhance your favourite drinks. Suitable for very busy bars thanks to its extra-large capacity, this machine is capable of producing up to 750kg of ice per day, depending on the ambient and water temperature. Flaked ice is ideal for keeping fresh food such as fish, meat, and produce when they are on display. This ice type prevents freezer burn as it is gentler than other ice types so it will not affect the quality of perishables. This is also an excellent option for cocktails that work well with fast diluting ice such as a mint julep. This ice maker from Hoshizaki is a reliable source of flaked ice to keep drinks cool and food fresh.
